Had to collect parcel from store because I work during the day, the lady serving me was a total nightmare, she made me feel like I was being such a hindrance because she had to look for my parcel, asked me for a specific code that was not on email and said I wasnt getting my parcel without it, the other lady colleague beside... read full comment
