Bill's customer service skills and attitude are terrible. Had to wait several minutes on a manager to come to put a code in to be served as a guest as they demand your personal detials to make a simple purchase. Made me feel like a complete outcast for wanting to buy a pair of gloves without giving them my personal information.... read full comment

Item I got was not i wanted, as I needed a female connector for aerial. Never given a receipt, your emil link dont work waste of time sending it
