Hi I have came to your store a number of times to recycle my bottles, unfortunately every time I’m there it is broken/closed. Can you please advise if these will be getting fixed as I have been driving around with a boot full of empty bottles.

Cancelled an order last week and was told 3-5 days for refund. Waited 6 days to be td another 3-5 days! Staff rude and abusive on the phone. Won't be shopping here again!

I used sainsbury's petrol station to fill up for a trip down south on the 12th of Aug. they took two payments of the same amount off my card and are saying my bank has to refund it as its not there problem .totally pathetic its most definitely their problem.
