“The staff in this RBS seem to go out of their way to help you, and are very friendly despite the fact it's busy and looks stressful to work in! A couple of years ago, however, I would've scored this place with three stars as a member of staff managed to mess up some of my banking, and was pretty slow when she was serving me. I'm a very patient person but it took her almost an hour. After waiting that long for a resolution, your patience runs out. Thankfully I have been in here countless times since, and have always found the staff to be lovely and quite efficient. RBS got their fair share of stick during the recession, but with their student current accounts and easy to manage overdraft I would say they are the best of the big bad banks out there. I've seldom encountered financial problems since banking with them. And the friendly nature of the staff working here makes managing my money that little bit easier!”

“We have used Mulberry Bank Auctions for years. Sheldon and staff are very helpful. They are professional and I have found their appraisal of items realistic. There are always items that sell for less than you expected but then again there have been items that items have sold for much more than expected! All auctions are a gamble in my experience, however; having dealt with Mulberry Bank over the last 8 years I’ve been happy with most outcomes.”
