This is definitely a place to go to get your phone. They listen to what you want and then they get the right phone for you. They will not sell you a phone that you don't understand. They cater for every need. The best EE shop that I have ever been too.

My experience with EE has been extremely disappointing. When I first signed the contract, the internet worked well during the first month. However, after that, the service became terrible – the internet speed dropped drastically and most of the time it was almost impossible to use.
Startlingly hostile, the staff seem to intensely dislike dealing with the public. Truly a horrible experience to get any kind of customer service from these people: avoid at all costs!
