“Great experience yesterday in this branch. The two young guys bent over backwards to help me set up my new phone and transfer stuff for me despite my phone being really old. They preserved and we're very helpful and friendly. After disappointingservice from other phone shops I'd tried, I'd highly recommend these guys.”

“Really sound American dude helped me in store today. I needed a new sim card for my ageing smartphone and he helped me quickly and professionally. If all humans were like this dude the world would be a utopia.I will return to this store to buy my next smartphone!”

“After a very odd encounter with the Braehead EE store manager last week, who could do nothing to help my elderly mother with the new phone he sold, Craig at Silverburn took the time to set her up on an existing phone, removed as much confusing functionality as possible from the new phone, and took the time to SHOW my father how to use the new phone. Excellent customer service from Craig who took the time to understand his customer needs rather than just selling units. Thank you Craig, EE no longer on the family blacklist.”

“I went Vodafone 84-90 Buchanan St, Glasgow G1 3HA to get a new sim card replacement ,I was told that it is not possible to receive a new SIM card.I was left without network connection for four days, for peace of mind choose EE.Avoid this Vodafone store.I contacted vodafone and filed a complaint and when I back to home I called vodafone and terminated the contract, also the employee acted impertinently. And beware, there are racists working in this vodafone store, avoid this store if you are not Scottish or English. For peace of mind, I recommend EE mobile network and their stores.I wholeheartedly recommend EE and strongly advise against Vodafone. The worst thing is that racists work in this store because the store employee wrote me on a piece of paper what should I say, what should I say when I call Vodafone.I feel humiliated,I will add that I speak English and have no problems with communication, and I also have British citizenship”

“Sainsburys has always been one of my favourite supermarket chains and this is one of their best stores. A huge space that includes a large clothes section, an excellent selection of homewares (don't even get me started on my love for their amazing bakeware section), a good range of electrical items, stationery and cards, sports equipment and seasonal ranges. There is also a cafe on site and a petrol station. All of this is great, but you might be worried this would encroach on the main business of a supermarket, selling food! Thankfully this store is big enough that there's still plenty of space for this. There is a great selection of quality fresh food, including dairy, fruit, vegetables, baked goods and meat as well as all the staples you would expect. My only criticisms of this Sainsburys are the limited choice in the red wine and beer sections and the occasional tendency to be understocked on certain items or to take a while to restock. Even with this in mind this is still my supermarket of choice.”
