“I’ve had various long term problems accessing my O2 app. On Sunday I visited the Braehead shop and was helped by Ross. His patience and skill solved the issue and at long last I can see my O2 account details. Thank you so much Ross your help was greatly appreciated
I’ve had more problems with my iPhone. This time I couldn’t get emails due to password issues. The VM help line and Apple Store could not help but again 02 came to my rescue. I can’t tell you how much effort and skill that Stephen put in to get me up and running again. What a pleasure, and relief, it was to be helped by this amazing, pleasant and talented young man. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I am so grateful.
