Car dropped off with a known fault.
£120 for first hour of “investigation” with no fault found despite the engine light being on and fault codes present.
£160 for second hour of invest to then report they think it’s the fault I told them (and matched the fault code)
I had asked for a quote for the repair...

My family have been Hawco customers since 1981, we’ve bought 17 new VW/Audi cars during that period with another on order.
Service has always been good and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
