Awful, all the money they collect goes to pay their staff who are completely unhelpful, frequently giving out wrong info when your in emergency crisis situation. Very bad . They provide false information. Their opinion doesn't matter at all. Neither the landlord nor the agency takes their opinions into account. Lack of professionalism. They have no empathy, they are not helpful.
