Seriously rude staff every time I go in. Make you feel really awkward and unwelcome. Seem to have some form of superiority complex. Usually Sainsbury’s is amazing, this one is a bad egg.

Very useful place for Boroughmuir students. However, the security guard, CHARLIE, is ageist! Never let students in and always make us stay out in the cold. Horrible staff but good selection. Lost 2 stars for horrible customer service.

Great customer service, good standards of cleanliness and stock. It looked like they were out of ice today and I asked a female staff member to confirm if I'm looking in the right place.
