Staff are extremely rude especially the lady who works there she is in her 40s, I went there as a costumer and as a delivery driver, both times I said hi to her she replies to me with saying one second with a disgust face and I told her I said hi to you she was like do you have a problem with that, staff are not polite... read full comment

i go here almost every day and have done for the last 5 years as it’s my local , there has occasionally been rude staff but they are no longer there , there is one man who seems to always be working who is just the loveliest person ever , occasionally had issues with my ID

Refused to sell me medicine even though I showed them my passport, student ID and BRP. I am 19 years old, and they couldn't even sell me paracetamol. They said I don't look like I am 16. They were also incredibly rude. Never coming back.
