Room was always smelly, not very quiet. Had to di connect a ticking clock just to sleep. Had a transaction taken for a charge to my card. Had to chase this up twice with staff to get it returned. Bar closes at 10am!!!!!!! Cmon! Had a great shower though and it was clean to be fair

The environment is actually quite good. It's 20 minutes by bus to the city center. 30 minute walk to Portobello Beach! What more could you want? Well, quite a bit. My room had no light. Others in the double room only had one towel. After a complaint you were given dirty towels. The heating didn't work in one room. And... read full comment
