Not impressed. Couldn’t get through on phone to speak to anyone. VERY salesy at approach. Could get update on when engineer would arrive. Would not recommend.

Really poor contact system - everything is online. Earliest appointment offered was next week - even though they have diagnosed the problem and confirmed they have the part - very frustrating and impossible to contact them by phoneService: Washing machine repair
