Absolutely shocking service, appalling is putting it politely. I had a parcel delivered (that they initially refused to accept the day before). When I went to pick it up with my proof of ID and the email, they wouldn't give me my parcel, no barcode in the email but everything else was there. Vapes are always burnt. Bought two from here earlier today and first one was burnt. Opened the other one and was burnt aswell.
