Large Co-op supermarket with impressive amount of stock, would recommend.

I used to live nearby so this was one of my go-to places to shop, and I still swing by occasionally. I've never had a problem before, and I'm not the type to normally put in a complaint, but the interaction I had with a member of staff earlier this evening got to me.
This place is a joke! Half my just eat order came, half didn't. Driver said he'd be back with the rest. Didn't show so I called store. Manager was very rude! Asked what problem was?
