Terrible experience here, repeated appointments to fit new flooring where they didnt turn up, repeated phonecalls where they were 'on the way'. Luckily was part of an insurance claim so int he end we were able to go elsewhere

Waited in 4 times for the fitters. Each time they didn’t turn up. Disgusting, embarrassing service. Excuse after excuse. I recommend you DO NOT use this company.

Dreadful experience! Carpets were to be laid through and insurance claim. Called to arrange a fitting of one room. Phone not answered, so I left a message for them to call back. Eventually, I called the carpet supplier who connected me. This was a Monday, and an appointment was made for Wednesday. The fitters didn't arrive!...
