He arranged delivery of the mattresses and uplift of the old ones within 24 hours. Delivery guys were friendly and extremely professional, five star service. Definitely recommend, good guys”

“Lovely to pop in and have a wander before the store officially opens at 10.00.The restaurant was packed with lots of people having breakfast before going for a wander.Though very dangerous my pop in including leaving £42 worse off but with a bag of goodies I didn't know I needed (& my husband says I still don't....what does he know)Having that browsing time without hordes of people is a rarity in any Ikea.Easy to find, plenty of parking (& opposite Costco for fuel)”

We had trailed out twice to get some wood cut for a project my elderly husband was wanting to do, only to find that this could not be done on the cutting saw. Fiona very kindly arranged for the wood to be delivered the next time the van was in our area. She was so helpful as was Paige at the check-out. Thank you B&Q for your help.”

“Eden is a cute lovely store right in the city centre that has all sorts of products, ranging from Jellycat plushes to socks. I bought a pair of Peace of Mind gloves there and the quality is really good. Most of the products there are reasonably priced and the staff members are helpful.”

“Way better than the 1st and 2nd time I was in. First time I was looking at cheap bed frames with the headboard slashed with a Stanley blade. This time I am super impressed quality seems to have improved. Also lots of choice. I bought myself some lovely wallpaper. Will definitely be returning and I love that they have put an iceland inside our store too.”

“Caitlin at DFS Edinburgh deserves an award! My mum had been looking for a couch for months, never finding the right one. Due to a stroke and several other medical conditions finding the right one was absolutely key however the fight between comfort and mobility needs where proving difficult. It ended up taking half the family and even her dog coming along with her to finally come to a decision. We where welcomed with open arms, offered drinks (even the dog) and just made to feel extremely comfortable. I told Caitlin that if she managed to get mum to finally purchase a couch she's happy with, she deserves a medal, and she did that and more! Could not commend her enough, kind, considerate, not pushy at all and had us all laughing from start to finish. When I'm in need of a new couch, I'll definitely be coming back to her! Thanks again Caitlin for everything ?”
