I visit this store regularly for work and the staff here are second to none,always friendly and helpful and when I've seen them helping customers they are knowledgeable and courteous. Chloe and Chelsea are always welcoming whenever I visit. They are a credit to Boots.

I have never ever experienced anyone as rude as the person behind the counter was to me just now. Did not listen to what I was after, had her own agenda.
