Just went In to purchase something at Dunfermline high street store. There was no staff upstairs for assistance and when I approached the staff downstairs the male was very rude. Even telling me to leave the store if I was going to be awkward. He kept insisting that the staff was upstairs which wasn't the case as the female... read full comment
