I never been in the shop , so when I went in , the staff were amazing. As a wheelchair user they helped with finding me the perfect dress for a wedding. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the amount of clothes on sale. I can't recommend this shop enough, and the staff.

Employees are rude & make u feel as if u don’t belong in the shop. Could do with a good couple of customer service training courses.

Went to pick out a dress for my 18th one of the employees started asking stuff about what I was looking for and getting stuff for me to try on but would constantly comment on how small my chest was and how the dresses looked bad on me so when she found a playsuit she liked on me but I didn't my opinion was shoved aside... read full comment
