The shop was extremely busy when I arrived but a member of staff on the floor helped me out within seconds. I was looking for a specific pair of runners and he made sure I had the right brand, size and fit. He also used a scanner to check me out so I didn't have to wait in the long cue. Terrible service ask for changing room key only to be ignored and given to a different customer. Staff all just chatting to each other and no engagement with customers
