“We had four paintings with a huge sentimental value, that we needed to ship from the UK to the USA. We were referred to MBE and met with Grant, who after us sharing the details, suggested a custom crate with priority shipping. After numerous issues with Fedex, the paintings arrived in Texas. During transit, Fedex had managed to crack the entire front of the crate (despite it being covered in Fragile signs), and I thought for sure there would be damage. Thankfully, Grant and team had done a fantastic job of lining the interior with polystyrene, with the paintings also individually wrapped in paper and bubble wrap. They all made it intact! Would highly recommend the MBE team in Dundee!”

“Convenient way to receive your Amazon orders. No risk of items being delivered to wrong recipient, or not being delivered because driver can't access secure properties. Everyone should use these if their order fits. You need to add the lockers as a delivery address and within your account though and choose it as the delivery address during the checkout process, the driver can't deliver to them otherwise.”

“Have been going in here since I was a kid as my parents would often take me. Staff behind the counter have always been patient, friendly and incredibly helpful. You can tell they really care about getting the right outcome for people who don’t know the best options when sending parcels back etc. Went in late last night almost before closing and the gentleman took his time to give me additional advice on sending my stuff back to DVLA for a license renewal. Genuinely, doesn’t matter the time of day, always helpful.”

“I use this depot for sending my return parcels back to the various companies that give Royal Mail as an option. Never had an issue, and the staff are always polite and helpful. My only issue is that parking is basically non-existent, so expect to park away from it and do a bit of walking. Seeing a bunch of reviews pop up that have nothing to do with the service of posting and collecting yourself in this branch.”
