“I just wanted to write a positive review. I've been a few times for different reasons. I usually go on a Saturday, early afternoon. It's always busy. But I've not had any unpleasant experiences. On Saturday I had 2 parcels to send, 1 in a box, 1 in a in bag covered in loads of parcel tape. I was expecting to be told off, but the lady helped suggest cheapest option to send recorded delivery to England. She had lots of time for me and was helpful and professional. I massively appreciated that.”
