“Exceptional service from Mail Boxes Etc in St Andrews and Grant. Needed a passport delivered at very short notice over Christmas - passport had been left in St Andrews and was needed in London to get a flight. Grant delivered the passport at very short notice by hand. On the original request he was super positive and “can-do”despite the short time lines and everything being on the brink of closing for Christmas - called back in 10 minutes with a solution. He then kept us fully informed as he made the delivery. Cannot recommend more highly - superb service and a pleasure to deal with. Top class. Thank you!! Jon”
