A recent 2 night stay. The reception staff were delightful and friendly nothing was to much for them. Had a slight power issue in the room which was sorted 30 mins of reporting it without further problems, top maintenance bloke, very professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Hated it here, booked a double room, got a twin. Had fans running outside all night long, had no sleep at all. No one on desk at checkout to report it to, food was just warm enough to eat. Great hotel just on the outskirts of ayr. Handy stop off. Great staff and good selection of food.
