Expensive, sure. That’s the only reason it loses a mark. Pretty clothes accompanied by staff who actually make you want to return. Jill was a STAR helping me pick out my shoes and even made sure it matched my dress. I’d return only for her honestly ?

I went shopping today with my boyfriend. I was trying on dresses and he was waiting for me at the entrance of the changing rooms. He wasn’t standing anywhere near dressing rooms. Absolutely utter nonsense. The manager who refused to give her name, refused a valid customer refund for a black dress that could not be tried in store as fitting room closed and tried black dress at home after shower, no chance of any make-up. She found a tiny speck perhaps from Quiz plastic bag . Plastic tags intact.... read full comment
