The front of house staff require a lesson in customer service/hospitality, complaints that we're made or problems highlighted, blame was shoved in the direction of the management/ owners, the staff wanted nothing to do with complaints whatsoever. My second favourite of all the premier inn I have used over the years. Location brilliant for onward travel north. Restaurant is always great value. Hotel staff are great too end service.
