Was in store today looking for clothes asked if they has a brand yours clothing as seen they sold it online on next site asked one of the staff and she didn't even have a clue what was sold in the store

Today, I had an extremely bad experience with Next Store's return policy. I got a gift and have no receipt but all tags are still on it and want to change the size of the item. Some Drug addict staff, crazy skinny lady in women department, never any sizes, nothing available to order , no discount, really over priced, staff unwilling to help , run by terrible management clearly.
