As always a great shopping experience Staff in the food court are helpful and chatty and nothing is a problem The clothing department is well laid out and spacious and clean with helpful staff The cafe is handy for a well deserved break

Shop itself is fine but impossible to get in touch with anyone via the phone - we left an item and had to physically go back for it (£4.5 parking!). Would have been nice to just phone up an actual human to find out if it was still there. Their customer service phone robot is incredibly annoying!
