We had the Slains suite over hogmanay for a couple of nights. Lovely rooms and very nice reception staff but the restaurant was a major disappointment as was the spa. The spa admitted to receiving our emails we sent days in advance but did not reply when we requested over $500 in services. Had a lovely afternoon for three ladies yesterday. We had hour long massages which were glorious! Nikki took such great care of us. We were warmly welcomed and felt so relaxed from start to finish.
