“Home Bargins Aberdeen Bridge of Don is good, they have a lot of great products at a great cheap price, however some of their items such as cakes, baking, and home furniture do not hold up in quality, but that it to be expected with stuff at such an affordable price. The staff are usually friendly, however there is occasions where staff can be rude and demeaning, acting like they don't care, and that can be off putting, but I just use another checkout, or try and spark up a polite conversation. The store is typically clean and well stocked, and if you need something you can always ask, they are pretty good at going and checking and coming back with something. Ill definitely be back.”

“Great customer service from Sam at Holburn Hifi Aberdeen. Spent a pleasant Saturday morning listening to a few speakers in their listening room with my power amp that Sam rigged up for me. There was no pressure, no hard sell, just honest advice and time to appraise the options. They had a pair of pre-owned B&Ws in near mint condition which were a great match with the amp, sounded fantastic and a good price too. Sam even delivered them to us midweek. “Me and my husband went into the Aberdeen Branch on the off chance 2 weeks ago (Saturday) looking to get a last minute shower / panels / door and bits and pieces as we had a leek and wanted a replacement quick as plumber was waiting. So glad we did as Susan couldn't be more helpful, she did all she could to find us what was needed and at the best price and most convenient to ourselves, no request was a problem for her (even though some of mine took a bit of digging for her).She confirmed order and delivery on the Monday and as soon as she received all items they were delivered same day. We ordered the wrong size of door (our fault) and we called her to advise and see if it could be replaced and this was no problem with the replacement arriving a few days later.It was refreshing to receive great customer service from start to finish and will definitely use again and recommend Susan to all my friends.”
