Ordered some 2x4 wood which definitely would not fit into my car, asked if they could cut it smaller. Not a service they do, but...one of their guys (Mark) cut them up.
Great advice from the guys regarding correct screw sizes and even carried the cut wood to my car.

Arrived at 11.50 andto be told by, I think possibly the yard foreman come back in 2 hrs as its out policy to have a 2 hr lunch break..!! 2 hr wait is not ideal in road haulage.. Spoke to guy in office and was told to go see the young lad on the fork. Leon couldn't have been more helpful. Pointed me in the direction of unloading Bay, 3 pallets removed and I was on my way .
