“I have been going to Lauren for a few years now and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. She always listens and understands what I'm looking for and I've always loved the result. Lauren is lovely, friendly welcoming and very talented.All the staff at Saks have always been great from the receptionists, juniors and other stylists. The juniors seam very on the ball and always appear to be working hard.Another reason I love Saks is because my entire service takes half the time than it did and my previous salon but for a much superior results. “The staff were very gracious despite me turning up half an hour late (don't know the area well and Google Maps wasn't working).I was offered coffee whilst waiting for my bleach to set, and again with the colour dye. I was also offered chocolate. Three of the stars are for the coffee and chocolate tbh. ?The professional who saw to me was very friendly and considerate of my comfort.Handy location but not to the point of being loud or feeling like the world can look in and see you halfway through the process looking like a gremlin.I was there for two-tone colour and style. Got exactly what I wanted and asked for, and my hair turned out looking even cooler than I thought it would. Got complimented 5 minutes out the salon on the way home, and have already received many compliments in the 22 hours since.All that, plus reasonable prices and a pleasant atmosphere.
