“Dear Reader,After using Wheatley Post Office over several months, I am here to leave a review as per my experience of Mr Denish Ghandhi. I personally have much understanding from my own father being a Post Office Crown Branch Manager (West London) and a Sub-Postmaster (Oxfordshire). I further state that my review is based on me using many Post Office branches over the years in Oxfordshire, but I have not come across anyone like Mr Ghandhi.Mr Ghandhi is a friendly individual once you start to familiarise yourself with him, he is newish to the Village of Wheatley (next to Horspath Village where services were cut in 2011 due to the harmful allegations by Post Office Limited towards Mr Patel).Using my own personal experience of seeing how my own father worked with politeness towards all customers, I can see these qualities in Mr Ghandhi whereby he is a very welcoming and humble young man trying to serve Wheatley and neighbouring villages who use the Post Office for various reasons. I have witnessed Mr Ghandhi on numerous occasions [while waiting to be served] friendly in his interactions with all customers. On one occasion, Mr Ghandhi was serving an elderly lady, I recall she was slow and kept apologising for being slow, though Mr Ghandhi treated her with absolute dignity and told the lady not to rush – I felt very moved by his words towards the elderly lady; on the contrary I know what unwelcoming service does look like as I have seen this type of behaviour from other branches.The job of a Sub-Postmaster is a tricky one, each customer will have different needs for services and expectations, yet I am confident Mr Ghandhi will keep delivering with professionalism as he always has done.Having concluded my 5-star review of Mr Ghandhi and wishing him much success at his new branch, I hope he does not mind me saying, he is going to be second best in my opinion [in Oxfordshire] to former Sub-Postmaster, Mr Patel of Horspath Village. Perhaps, overtime I may come to change my mind…! I look forward to more friendly interactions with the Sub-Postmaster.”
