“I’ve used this Post Office for many years and have always found the ladies that work in there to be very helpful and friendly. We need to support these small branches otherwise they will disappear and we will have to travel into town to post a parcel ! Last month I had to visit the Post Office in town located at the back of WH Smith’s to renew my driving licence. I had to queue for over 30 minutes. There were six points of service but only two members of staff.”

“Amazing service and friendly staff.Post office is located inside Onestop store on Meadowcrof road. They offers so many services like Amazon hub, DPD pickup, Travel money, Parcel force. You can buy One4all Gift card as well. Just keep in mind their opening hours Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30 and Saturdays 9 to 12.30.”
“Best post office experience I've ever had. The gentleman was so kind and helpful. They didn't have any large boxes so he found me a pre used one in the back and let me use their tape and permanent marker to send my package. Was really touched, thank you!”

Have been 3 times this week alone, normally with about 10-20 parcels a turn and the guys there have been nothing but pleasant and helpful every single time!I drive from Thame to use this post office often as there's usually no queue and the guys are lovely, will keep using it as my preferred post office!”
“The ability to pick up parcels from the regional centre, the postmen/women often say hi to my dog (she's always on a short lead - not all people like dogs or want to say hi). Like the ability to track and trace. Like the email and text updates with app for android.Personally, I am not sure I can think of any negatves. The four stars as to five, 'always room for improvement' - just I am not sure what that is!”

I've been in twice in the last week, and both times it has been very busy (today the queue was out the door) - this lady is very calm in the face of huge queues, efficient and cheerful, and that can't always be easy.”

“I’ve heard it said that ‘Wendover isn’t what to used to be’ .. Well I don’t know what it used to be like, but I can’t sing the praises of the Wendover Post office enough. My husband has dementia .. and when he wandered off last week it was Leigh at the Post Office who realised I wasn’t with him and raised the alarm. She was kind enough to keep him comfortable and talked to him while someone else contacted me and she waited to make sure he was safe. Leigh didn’t ignore the fact he was on his own.- she instantly realised this was out of the norm - she didn’t prioritize her job over showing human kindness. She noticed him and our family is hugely grateful. Thank you Wendover Post Office for knowing (and caring about) your customers.”

The gentleman who served me was polite and efficient, and I was soon on my way. The time in the queue was the only reason I took off a star.”

“The family that run this post office and shop always do so with a smile.They are incredibly helpful and carry an extensive stock range for such a small place.Fruit and veg is always good and if they haven't got something (like blueberries) they will simply raid their own personal fridge.
