“Very helpful and friendly staff. I collect my repeat prescription here and they also were great when I needed a flu jab before emergency travel. Unfortunately there have been a very small minority not following guidelines, social distancing, parking on double yellow lines in front of the pharmacy when parking literally next door in front of the Coop. They make life miserable for everyone and I feel really sorry for the pharmacy staff having to deal with them on top of all of the additional pressure that they are under.”

“Still going to give 5 stars , but boots are so busy since lloyds chemist shut . It seems they are understaffed.I completely disagree with the comments saying that the staff need people skills. I think these comments are just out of frustration.Probably more people at the prescription counter wouldn’t be a bad idea , but this is management’s responsibility. This would clear the queue for prescriptions much faster.Or maybe question if the management needs an overhaul.”
