“Thank you very much to staff at Apollo yesterday, I was looking for a bottle of water and all the surrounding shops were closed, and they didn’t actually sell any but gave me a bottle of water themselves and wouldn’t take any money for it. They send text notifications when scripts are ready LOVE that.HATE - ancient opening time schedule. With COMPLETE closing for lunch time. Plus some last minute closures only posted on the DOOR! ridiculous in this day and age.I cannot count the occasions that I have come and it was closed.IDEAL - open hours like everyone else in this world. But you may have your reasons. IF an emergency happens wheee the shop is closed unpredictably, POST it on Google!!!A suggested fix - send opening hours EVERYTIME a notification text is sent to let us know prescriptions are ready to collect.”

I ordered in the usual way but they were out of stock. A member of the team immediately sorted it out + re ordered them, they arrived promptly the next day. Many thanks for all that you do.”

“Easy to make an appointment which was on time with no waiting. Comprehensive eye test completed very efficiently. Great communication and customer service as I was super indecisive! I had problems with my last pair of varifocals from elsewhere but these new ones are perfectly fine. My mother recommended me to come here as she said they would fix the issues which they did.”

I also enquired about getting my nose pierced but she recommended a tatoo shop round the corner due to where I wanted the piercing(she could have just done it for the money).
