“Well, to put it simply, my eye check-up with Nilo Rezaje at Boots Opticians in Cornmarket Street, Oxford on Thursday, March 14 at 9.00am is probably the only eye ckeck-up where I found myself actually… f-a-s-c-i-n-a-t-e-d by the analysis, diagnosis and ‘biology’ of it all!!!!Nilo’s natural enthusiasm for her subject is obvious, contagious and immensely refreshing! Having worn glasses since I was 7, this really is the first time I’ve genuinely held my breath as every stage of the examination was explained and implemented.I guess that’s it! ???”

Dont forget to register yout car at the pharmacy if you were lucky to find a parking space. Alternatively, you can simply use the road turn - opposite side.”

“Had a situation where I had to get several emergency prescriptions on short notice before a flight tomorrow— these guys were incredibly, incredibly helpful and got me the prescriptions I needed while also making time for good chat. Told me also about an NHS discount that Boots never ever has bothered to mention. I can't speak for their regular service as I'm not a regular customer (and I've heard that they don't answer the phone enough), but they really did right by me today and I'm very thankful”

“I popped into Boots to check out the new Huda Beauty drop and get colour matched for a concealer, and I was lucky enough to be helped by Abigail. She was absolutely amazing — so knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about makeup! She walked me through the entire new Huda collection, helped me pick out the perfect shades, and colour matched my concealer with such care. She even took the time to show me some of her personal favourite products, which made the whole experience really fun and engaging. “There was one counter open. The chap on the till was friendly. There was a bit of a wait to get to the till. The shop floor was well stocked and tidy. Overall I had a good experience. I usually buy my toiletries from here.”

What a difference!
I spoke to a pharmacist, who got me to take a seat while she checked if my medication was in stock. 1 item was short and we arranged to collect the next day.
By the time I got home I had a message to say they had ordered the pills. Today I received a message to say I could collect the medication.
How fantastic to find a pleasant person, does exactly what she said she would do, thank you!”

“We went on a tour to Oxford from London by bus and my eldest daughter got quite dizzy, our guide advised us to buy something here before continuing.Quite a large parapharmacy that also has a beauty supply plant.He honestly got us out of trouble, the only thing was that it was Sunday and we had to wait until 11 for them to open.”

“I went here for my flu jab. Staff were friendly and told me to take a seat and wait for the pharmacist. The pharmacist wasn’t informed I was there and was surprised to see me even though I had an appointment. The jab itself was professional and fast”

“They are all good staff who are working as hard as they can you need to remember this is the only pharmacy left for the whole of marston so it is used by a lot of people so just wanted to say that as people may not know this”

“The staff at this store are really lovely, I have been to this shop on several occasions and I always have felt welcome.
I can’t commend specific staff as I do not know names, but I once saw a staff member helping out a customer by giving recommendations and problem solving around the customers needs.

“Located in the recently opened East Oxford Health Centre, Jenners Pharmacy is adjacent to two doctors surgeries, with another close by, hence they are always reasonably busy, though you shouldn't have to wait long. Staff are friendly and service is reasonably quick. They also have an automated system which retrieves you prescription medicines using a robot arm and a track, which will keep you entertained while you wait!”
