Excellent service. I took my iPhone and iPad in as the iPhone was slow and they diagnose it and now work better. My iPad I needed to be looked at and it was completely fixed. All done very efficiently by Luke. Excellent service.

Very terrible experience! The frontline workers do not have any idea of what they are talking about or supposed to do. Poor customer service from a tall male available on duty on Friday, 28th March 2025. Do better!!!

Do not recommend for repairs - they approached trouble shooting the problem in a guess and see if it works manner rather than a comprehensive logical approach. When their first attempt at solving the problem did not work, they took one glance (not even with a flashlight like they did the first time) at the phone's port... read full comment
