When I came to the Online Checkout the computer had unhelpfully listed the component items separately thus increasing the cost to £25. When I pointed this out to the person on the Click & Collect desk I received no explanation nor apology, but I was refunded £1.”

“A great way to make some money from old/unused tech and console games is to sell or exchange at CeX stores. You get more value for your items when exchanging for other items in the store. So if you need something and they have it, do an exchange. I exchanged a number of unwanted items for vouchers and got a PS5 Slim, boxed.They take out the hassle of advertising online.The only drawback with them is that they over inflate their prices on the items they are selling. In some cases, over the new RRP for secondhand stock. Other than this, a good place to get rid of your unwanted tech items and get something back for them.”

“Nice thrift shop, I always find something here. But the changing room is closed still, which is quite annoying because you can't try on any pants. Interesting people who work here, one time a really loud guy singing to very loud music that I could tell scared customers away haha.”

He gave me alternatives and asked if I'd like him to check botley's stock. Unfortunately, they didn't have the game but Liam made sure to check every resource before letting me know. She was absolutely amazing — so knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about makeup! She walked me through the entire new Huda collection, helped me pick out the perfect shades, and colour matched my concealer with such care. She even took the time to show me some of her personal favourite products, which made the whole experience really fun and engaging. “I went here for my flu jab. Staff were friendly and told me to take a seat and wait for the pharmacist. The pharmacist wasn’t informed I was there and was surprised to see me even though I had an appointment. The jab itself was professional and fast”

“The staff at this store are really lovely, I have been to this shop on several occasions and I always have felt welcome.
I can’t commend specific staff as I do not know names, but I once saw a staff member helping out a customer by giving recommendations and problem solving around the customers needs.
I don’t usually write reviews like this but it is definitely worth saying!”
