Made welcome on our arrival, room was excellent clean and comfy to a high standard, staff were all very helpful. Would definitely visit again. There was an extended variety of food for selection, It was of the highest standards.

Voco impressed us during our stay. Particularly Simon at the front desk who treated us really well even before our arrival, he was warm and friendly on arrival; Thomas at the restaurant was also really pleasant and positive.Some points to improve are:- Reminding guests about food discounts (e.g. IHG) at each encounter.... read full comment

This hotel has a lot of potential but beware their deceptive policy on car parking.They were more than happy to bill us for the nominal parking fee after providing them our vehicle registration.Weeks later they then decided to issue us a ‘fine’ for using the car park and money was deducted from my credit card without... read full comment
