The staff at this store are really lovely, I have been to this shop on several occasions and I always have felt welcome. I went in to get help for my infected piercing and this had been the 5th place i went to after the others were no help. I spoke to the pharmacist and got a consultation about what I should do and she was really attentive and even sent an email to my gp. I didnt catch her name but she was really sweet and so much help.
