Ordered photos to be printed here, specifically as they offered same day printing. Got to the store and the photo printing machine has been broken for ages apparently but noone updated the website and staff were uninterested in resolving this. Just one self-service till would improve this store no end! You always have to wait ages to be served and the staff don't even acknowledge that you're waiting.

The worst Boots in the country? Tired, scruffy, understocked. Staff always seem wholly uninterested in serving customers. If you can buy the thing you want somewhere else, do.
