“After a bad experience a year or so ago at topps tiles it had become the place I went as a last resort. Im so glad I did go back because Kate and Marc absolutely changed the game for me. I love interior design but after years of renovating I have massive decision fatigue and without Kate and Marc I’d have gone ahead with boring tiles. They were both so informative, really listened to what my style was, looked at pictures of the surrounding area I was tiling and gave me tons of tile options aswell as grout combinations. Nothing was too much. I’m a customer service consultant by trade and often find it hard to be impressed by service (guess I have very high standards), I was blown away by how great they were and not pushy in the slightest. I now have the perfect tiles that I’ve had compliments on the samples alone (even from the postie) and I’ll certainly be back when we move onto the bathroom!”

So glad I went in store rather than buying on line, They were both super friendly , lots of helpful info, made me feel comfortable to try as many times as I wanted. “We chose The Little Kitchen Factory because we were impressed with our first visit to the showroom and the obvious pride John felt about the company. John was very knowledgeable about all the products and was happy to take time to discuss all options and answer any questions without any pressure. We knew The Little Kitchen Factory wouldn't be the cheapest but we felt it was worth spending that bit more to get a quality kitchen and utility room.
John came to our home to measure up and come up with a design which was everything we had asked for and more. The care and attention he put into the planning stage was very much appreciated.
Paul came a few weeks before work was due to start to double check everything and go through the finer details with us. He was meticulous and checked everything to ensure it was accurate. Paul, like John, was happy to answer any questions and we knew we were in excellent hands.
Our fitters, Darren and Bryn, cut no corners with their workmanship. They worked hard and everything was done to an extremely high standard. They too are an asset to the business.
We are thrilled with our new kitchen and utility room and would recommend The Little Kitchen Factory to anybody who wants a quality kitchen fitted to a high standard.”

“Brilliant advice . Popped in after being disappointed with a big chain DIY. I needed 2x 15m pushfits and a lenght of pipe to repair a pipe I had put a nail though. For under £14 I walked out with exactly what i wanted. Alot cheaper than that Chain store around the corner.Friendly staff even cut the 3 meter copper pipe to the size I wanted .New to area so nice to know we got this merchant to go to for plumbing.Well done to your staff”

Wasn’t pleased though to find all of the self checkouts shut on Sunday - there was a large queue for the staff tills and the self checkouts are usually open - queuing for the tills caused us a delay”

“I needed two replacement valves for a Bristan kitchen tap that had started to drip.Bristan website referred me to Spinks Worksop. Called in lunchtime. Spares not stocked but Spinks got straight onto Bristan , realised the tap was still under warranty and ordered the valves. Next morning I got an email to say the parts had arrived so called in to collect. Foundr that Bristan had sent me a new tap complete with all fittings. Brilliant. Well done Worksop Spinks branch and well done Bristan.”

“Order number BS244208I bought a shed from BillyOh on the 27th of January and it was due for delivery on 13th feb. There was a time slot of 6:41am - 12:41pm. The driver actually arrived at 7pm after changing a tyre, traffic and replacing a broken phone. He dropped it off.I got someone to put it up for me as BillyOh don't put up sheds and it's a great shed but after putting it up, I noticed that my ordered lock wasn't there. So I rang the company on the 15th feb and they were going to send me one by parcel. I tracked it for 10 days but the parcel hadn't moved so I rang up the company and they checked again and turned out there was a problem with the collection of the parcel. So they resent it through the system again and on the 29th Feb, I received my lock. I opened the package but there were no screws in the package, just the clasp, lock and keys. I have my own screws but on the website it shows it with screws.I would recommend BillyOh for quality of shed but not for service”
