Very friendly owner and staff. Very helpful. The store was clean and tidy and is a little bit quirky which only adds to the overall ambience. Very reasonably priced. Good quality products. Cannot recommend highly enough

My mum singlehandedly keeps zero waste in business. Jokes aside, she loves the cakes and hot chocolate.Retail section is cool as well.

We visited for the first time this morning. Everyone was so helpful and the shop is wonderful as is the tea and coffee. Well worth a visit.

From Mansfield Refillery Zero Waste Store
We are a small family run business. We provide Zero Waste shopping. We started as a Facebook page providing free deliveries to the local area and have expanded to opening a shop. Our aim is to educate the local community on where their waste goes and how they can reduce it by providing bulk dried food which they can purchase by weight using their own containers. We have household cleaners and personal hygiene products in bulk where you can refill your own bottles! We are also trying to use businesses as local as possible to keep the money in the local economy! We look forward to meeting you all and helping you on your plastic free low waste journey.
