Unable to complete any of proposed transactions due to excessive queuing lack of staff and very limited opening times ,Been 3 times and waited over a hour to get served unsuccessful every time . You need to get this sorted Nationwide or we will be forced into going elsewhere.

Lovely staff, welcoming and top class service. I really can't fault the Sutton in Ashfield or Mansfield branches at all.

Lengthy queues and inadequate numbers of staff servicing counter transactions. There is sufficient space along the counter area for an additional terminal which, if manned, would alleviate customer waiting times.
