“On March 19th I visited the Sutton in Ashfield branch to try and sort out registering for on line banking for my mothers account with which I have power of attorney over.
The staff could not have been more helpful and after numerous phone calls my on line banking was set up. The old Derbyshire pass books were also updated with replacement Nationwide ones. I was also included in the tea round!
