My wife has had surgery here. The surgical outcomes are largely positive. BUT don’t expect plain sailing in terms of the process. Frankly it should be an absolute embarrassment to them. Today was just one example - a follow up appointment with the consultant had been promised, but no confirmation had come thru at all....

Recently had lens replacement operation at the Nottingham branch. Throughout the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was relaxed, the surgeon who carried out my operation was very reassuring and the result, to date, is excellent.
