“Always get my glasses here and was really pleased with the help and advice when I purchased varifocal glasses and sunglasses recently. Had to go back a couple of times to amend the fit as my glasses were slipping but then too tight when altered. Went back in yesterday and Mia altered them by straightening them and reshaping from scratch after she had measured me properly. She did a great job, they fit perfectly now and took about 10 minutes after I just popped in, great service?”

“Review regarding the Manager at the Mansfield/Sainsbury store.
I’ve always use Specsavers, but the very last time I had some glasses, I was very disappointed With them. I couldn’t see through them. I was asked to come in to pick my glasses up on three occasions and on all three I visited the store they weren’t there. One member of staff was particularly inexperienced and didn’t really care what I said or did. However, I met the manager and she was new at Specsavers but she was 100% helpful. She cared for me, She was 100% professional and did not let me leave until I was completely satisfied..
The manager could not help me enough, and she was courteous and professional. As I sat in Specsavers, she was alert at all times to what the rest of the staff were doing. When my specs were ready, she rang me herself, gave me a time and the moment I walked to the store she was there to greet me And she made me comfortable and was very friendly but very professional. The current manager is 100% professional, alert and her customer care is second to none.
I really hope that she sees this.”
