5.30pm Saturday , no one else waiting to be served, ordered 2 large hot chocolates with cream and marshmallows. The very pleasant assistant unfortunately hadn't mixed enough hot chocolate so had to mix more to top up the drinks, she went to get the cream from the fridge and the container was empty so had to mix some more.... read full comment

Very busy store but sadly understaffed and this is obvious when watching the staff on duty trying to serve, clean, prepare drinks and food and you can see the stress on their faces. This is not the first time visiting this store and what surprises me is the fast staff turnover here. No wonder if their working environment... read full comment

4.30 and time to clean...banging chairs, tables to swwep and mop and spraying cleaner near me. Miserable server and rest of staff the same. Be better if a section was closed to clean as it'll have to be done again when closed. Coffee was good!
